Not every workplace matter requires an external investigator. Sometimes you need experienced, independent advice to work out what should happen next.
Workplace Investigation Advisory provides practical guidance before an investigation begins or while one is underway.
Advice may include assessing a complaint, determining whether an investigation is required, defining the scope, drafting allegations, preparing Terms of Reference, selecting an investigator and managing procedural fairness concerns.
I can also advise on evidence, participant issues, confidentiality, conflicts of interest and difficult process decisions as they arise.
You retain responsibility for managing the matter and making decisions. My role is to provide clear, independent advice so that the process begins—and remains—fair, proportionate and defensible.
