I am a trauma informed investigator with experience across workplace, civil and criminal investigations. I work on complex and sensitive matters, including fraud, sexual harassment, bullying, whistleblower complaints and other high stakes issues central to today’s most pressing workplace challenges.

I am experienced in interviewing vulnerable people, conducting credibility assessments and working within a framework of procedural fairness. I have a strong working knowledge of employment law and deliver clear, evidence based findings that are thorough, defensible and practical for organisations to act on.

I also hold a private investigator licence, bringing an additional level of investigative capability where matters require discretion, rigour or covert enquiries.
