Sometimes there is no single complaint or allegation to investigate. Instead, there may be high staff turnover, repeated grievances, poor morale, leadership concerns or a general sense that something within the workplace is not right.
A Workplace Culture Diagnostic examines what is happening beneath the surface before problems escalate further.
Through confidential interviews, document review and evidence-based analysis, I identify patterns, behaviours, cultural risks, communication breakdowns, leadership issues and systemic factors contributing to the problem.
The outcome is a clear account of what is occurring, why it may be occurring and practical recommendations for addressing it.
This is not an investigation into whether one person committed misconduct. It is a broader examination of the workplace environment and the factors affecting trust, safety, performance and working relationships.
