When a workplace complaint is serious, sensitive or contested, the investigation process needs to be independent, fair and properly documented.
I conduct workplace investigations from beginning to end. This may include defining the scope, drafting allegations, interviewing participants, gathering and analysing evidence, assessing credibility, making findings and preparing a clear written report.
The investigation is conducted impartially and in accordance with procedural fairness. Findings are based on the available evidence—not assumptions, workplace politics or pressure to reach a particular outcome.
This service is suited to complex misconduct matters, bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, fraud, conflicts of interest, whistleblower disclosures and other matters where independence and credibility are critical.
