Workplace Investigation Training

Workplace investigations require more than following a checklist. Investigators need to understand procedural fairness, interviewing, evidence, credibility, allegation drafting and how to reach findings that can be clearly explained and supported.

Workplace Investigation Training is designed for HR and People and Culture teams, managers, leaders and internal investigators responsible for handling workplace complaints.

Training can be delivered as a half-day or full-day workshop and tailored to your organisation, industry and level of experience.

Topics may include complaint assessment, investigation planning, drafting allegations, conducting interviews, evaluating evidence, making findings and writing investigation reports.

The training is practical and grounded in real investigation work. The aim is to give participants the judgement, structure and confidence needed to conduct investigations properly—not simply provide them with more theory.
